This is a really delicious salad dressing and which can also be used to put over steamed veggies and grains. It will keep a few days in a sealed jar in the fridge.
Makes 4-5 cups
Ingredients

1 cup oil

1/2 cup tamari
-
1/2 cup lemon juice
-
1 to 2 cups sunflower seeds

Method

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. If the consistency is too thick, add more water; if too thin, add more sunflower seeds. To this mixture, you can add any herb or spice you prefer. Taste and adjust.
