This is a more gentle class designed for those a little less able, like seniors or people with possible physical weakness or disablility or for anyone wanting a more gentle practise.
The yoga exercises are adapted and mainly done on the chair or using the chair.
The class includes a mixture of gentle exercises to limber up the joints and improve circulation, adapted yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation techniqes and meditation.
