In Person Classes

As of January 2022 I will be offering a couple of in person classes a week which are on a Monday and Wednesday evening. Monday we have 2 classes - 18.20-19.50 & 20.00-21.15. The Wednesday class is 19.00-20.30.  Both classes take place at the Ripley arts centre in Bromley.

Both in person classes are a variety of breathing exercises, joint mobilisation techniques, postures and relaxation techniques with some peace chants and occasional meditation. We teach yoga in it's classical form to uplift and relax the body and mind.

Monday and Wednesday sessions are £13 if you book a 2 month term, or £14.50 a drop-in.  

Online Classes

The online classes are really popular and everyone is enjoying being able to keep up a regular practice, especially at this time.

New to online yoga classes with us? Please arrange a call or zoom session with Emma for a pre-class consultation. This not only gives you a chance to explain your needs, wants and any health conditions, but also helps establish rapport between us.

The schedule below is a little different to our regular schedule that we normally have when classes are at the Ripley arts centre, which is listed on our timetable page.

Online Drop -In Yoga Classes: Schedule

This is a class for those familiar with the Sivananda yoga sequence. For beginners you may like to do our in person 6 week complete beginners course - click for details.

Tuesday Mornings - 10.15-11.45am

Tuesday Evenings - 7.15-8.45pm

Saturday Mornings - 9.30-11am

Gentle Somatic Yoga for Easier Movement & Pain Relief:

Every Thursday 12-1pm

Online classes work out at £9.50 a session if you book a 2 month term. or £11.50 a drop-in. 

Tips To Joining an Online Class

  • download zoom and open a free account. Emma will send you the meeting ID and password for your chosen class.

  • ensure your device is fully charged and in airplane mode, or close apps with notification bing

  • set your device in landscape orientation facing the long side of your mat about 2m away

  • get the cooperation of family and pets to leave you undisturbed

  • have your mat, cushion and blanket ready

  • wear leggings or trackies with an elasticated waist

  • warm top and socks to put on for relaxation

  • best not to eat for two hours beforehand but if you have energy issues some fruit juice would be ok
