From September 23rd I will start to offer a bi-monthly in person session
on Thursday evenings
For the time being and as it is the summer season, most classes are online which you can see the schedule for below. However from September 23rd I plan to offer a bi-monthly in-person Thursday evening class from 7-8.45pm. The class is a little longer and will give us time for some joint mobilisation exercises, breathing practices, a series of yoga poses, guided relaxations and some meditations and positive affirmation practice.
The dates up to Christmas are as follows:
23rd September, 7th and 21st October, 11th and 25th November, 9th and 23rd December.
We may make the class weekly eventually.
This class will be either £14 a session, or if you purchase 4 consecutive sessions, it will be just £50 or £12.50 a session.
The online classes are really popular and everyone is enjoying being able to keep up a regular practice, especially at this time.
New to online yoga classes with us? Please arrange a call or zoom session with Emma for a pre-class consultation. This not only gives you a chance to explain your needs, wants and any health conditions, but also helps establish rapport between us. In addition, it is an insurance requirement for online sessions.
The schedule below is a little different to our regular schedule that we normally have when classes are at the Ripley arts centre, which is listed on our timetable page.

This is a class for those familiar with the Sivananda yoga sequence. For beginners you may like to do our in person 6 week complete beginners course - click for details.
Mondays - 7.45-9pm
Tuesday Mornings - 10.15-11.45am
Tuesday Evenings - 7.15-8.45pm
Saturday Mornings - 10.30am-12pm
Sunday Mornings Gentle Yoga Class - 9.30-10.30am
Every Thursday 12-1pm

Prices for all online classes
£52 for 6 class card to use within 2 calendar months or £10 a drop-in. Classes are also a little cheaper if you book a weekly class for a 2 month term.
Tips To Joining an Online Class
download zoom and open a free account. Emma will send you the meeting ID and password for your chosen class.
ensure your device is fully charged and in airplane mode, or close apps with notification bing
set your device in landscape orientation facing the long side of your mat about 2m away
get the cooperation of family and pets to leave you undisturbed
have your mat, cushion and blanket ready
wear leggings or trackies with an elasticated waist
warm top and socks to put on for relaxation
best not to eat for two hours beforehand but if you have energy issues some fruit juice would be ok
