21 Day Meditation Fundraising Challenge
Starting Monday 10th January


One of my new year's resolutions was to organise more fundraising events for charity this year, as well as supporting you with opportunities to further your practice and experience the great benefits of yoga and meditation. So with this, would you like to start a regular meditation practice this year, but would like support?  Would you like to do something very positive and beneficial for yourself as well as helping others? 
Then why not join our 21 day meditation fundraising challenge!  It will be a daily 30 minute morning practice session to include some gentle stretches and breathing exercises to prepare you for a 10-15 minute guided meditation sitting.  On weekdays the practice will be 7.30-8am and on weekends it will be slightly later 8.30-9am. We will also record each session, so if you want to keep to the 21 day challenge but had to miss one morning practice, you could make it up later in the day. 
The recording will be available for a day to watch.


The practice of meditation has so many positive benefits and it's such a great thing to start the day with, welcoming calmness and presence into your day to come.  The challenge will be run by myself, recent graduates from the teachers training course and a couple of other teacher friends. We will each run 2-3 sessions.  The daily session will follow a similar structure each morning to help you settle into the practice smoothly.
We simply ask for a donation of whatever you can afford, however small or large, for a really worthwhile charity called Care4Calais who are doing amazing work in the UK, France and Belgium to support refugees.  I have set up a fundraising page directly with them and we encourage you to give generously as they are doing such tremendous work to help others.  
So as well as nourishing yourself with the energy of peace, calmness and presence as you start this new year,  and helping you establish a regular meditation practice, you will be helping others too.  It's a win-win situation for all!
So do get involved and make that commitment to starting this new year in such a positive way.

The daily zoom link for each morning's meditation session is below.  You simply have to login to your zoom account, which you can set up for free very easily, then click on this link a couple of minutes before we start each day. Hopefully we will get a good group joining, and you are welcome to invite your family and friends to join too. If you miss a session and would like me to send you the recording, just let me know.
