21 Day Meditation Fundraising Challenge
Starting Monday 6th January

********
Why not start your January off with two positive steps?
1. Start a regular meditation practice
2. Help a worthy cause - in this case Bromley Food Bank

Emma Brown from Yoga Bromley has initiated this wonderful challenge and will be leading some of the sessions along with other host teachers.

So if you have been thinking about starting a meditation practice and would like a little support, this is the perfect opportunity.

Our 21 day meditation fundraising challenge will be a daily 30 minute morning practice session. We will begin each session with some gentle stretches and breathing exercises to prepare for a 10-15 minute, seated, guided meditation. Each session will follow the same format to help with creating a habit.
Weekday practice - 7.15am - 7.45am

Weekend Practice - 7.45-8.15am

Each session will be recorded so if you would like to take the 21 day challenge but have to miss a session or two, you can make it up later in the day. Each recording will be available for 24 hours after the practice has taken place.

The practice of meditation has so many positive benefits and is such a great way to start your day, welcoming calmness and presence of mind.

The daily meditation zoom link is below. Simply click on the button each day, a couple of minutes before the session begins and make yourself comfortable. All we ask for in return is a donation of your choice to this very worthy charity. Bromley Food Bank is helping many people to get back on their feet.

Both Deva and Yoga Bromley really do see every single human life as precious and that includes you. So by taking this challenge not only are you being kind to yourself, a small donation is helping another human life at the same time. What a great start to 2022!

We really do encourage you to let us know that you are joining so click on the 'Sign me up button' below and we will add you to the list of attendees. This is your first step and commitment towards starting or reigniting your regular meditation practice.

Thank you as always for your support and for reading our news.
