Complete Beginners Course
This 8 week beginners course will be a thorough step by step introduction to the theory and practice of traditional hatha yoga. The benefits of yoga are felt through regular, consistent practice so committing to a course helps you to have this experience and helps you get into the routine of doing it.
In the course we will explore breathing exercises, the 12 classical yoga postures of the Sivananda class sequence and relaxation practices. We will also introduce you to some of the science and benefits of the practice.
This course will be a great introduction to start you on your path of yoga and to prepare you for our regular drop-in classes or your own home practice. We offer an improvers course after the beginners course also to help you deepen what you have already learnt if you are interested to take your practice further.

A payment is required in full before the course starts to confirm your place which you can pay by bank transfer, cheque or cash in advance. The courses are usually full so best to book early!
