Digestive Tea
As we approach more colder weather this tea will help you keep warm by stimulating your inner digestive fire. It is an excellent tea if you suffer from any digestive issues as it will stimulate the 'Agni' - digestive fire . Ayurveda says that most illness starts when food has not been broken down and assimilated properly in the digestive system. Also if food is not properly digested it becomes a toxic matter called 'Ama' in Sanskrit and the build up of Ama leads to different health issues in the body. So by stimulating our digestion we are on the path to good health.
