Complete Beginners Course
This 6-7 week course is suitable for those who have just completed the beginners course or who may have done a little yoga and are gradually improving in their practise but want to get more guidance and correction on the basics. You will also be introduced to the headstand and how to prepare for it as well as other simple variations in other poses.
It is also an ideal for anyone interested in a classic hatha style class just slightly gentler than the mixed level class.

Mixed Level Drop-In Classes
These skillfully led classes are open to everyone, and will guide you through relaxation, breathwork and postures, with variations offered to suit all from beginners through to those with a more established practice, so that everyone can benefit at their own level of practice and experience.
