All Levels Welcome
Open Class:
A basic class for all levels with the practise of Pranayama (breathing exercises), Surya Namaskar (sun salutations) and then a sequence of Asanas (postures) and relaxation techniques.
Open + Meditation Class:
This class is an Open Class as described above and finishing with about 15 minutes of guided meditation for those interested in the practise of meditation. Suitable for all levels.
Early Morning Yoga/Meditation Practise:
An hours practise of pranayama (breathing exercises) and guided meditation to start your day with energy and positivity to help carry you through the day.
Advanced Asana/Meditation Workshop:
This is a class for those already quite comfortable with the basic postures, including more advanced postures and breathing exercises and including the practise of guided meditation at the end.
Meditation/Chanting Group:
This included about 20-30 minutes of group meditation practise and the chanting of Sanskrit mantras and songs. There is usually a small reading/talk on an aspect of yoga philosophy as well. Free and open to all.
Preparations for the class:
Please bring comfortable loose clothing. There is space to change.
We recommend that you do not eat for at least two to three hours before a class.We do provide mats for the class but it is recommended that you bring your own if you are going to be practising regularly
