Pre-natal Yoga Class

The months of carrying a child are precious and soon past. You are engaged in the creation of a new life, not merely with your body, but also with your emotions, mind and spirit.
During pregnancy is one of the best times to do yoga as the body is naturally more flexible, and you and your baby will feel the benefits from the movements, stretching and breathing. It doesn´t matter if you have never done yoga before. The classes are suitable for all levels. Each class includes the practise of breathing exercises, postures and relaxation techniques helping you to feel re-energised as well as relaxed. Classes are adapted to the specific needs of the individual so everyone can practise with confidence, ease and comfort. Modifications are offered according to stages of pregnancy, flexibility and strength.
Coming regularly to a class is also a great opportunity to socialise with other pregnant women, share tips & support each other in this most precious time of your life and have that social network for after pregnancy.
It is suggested to start after your first trimestre.
Yoga mats, blankets and cushions are provided. However, it is suggested to bring your own mat if you intend to practise regularly.
It is recommended not to eat anything heavy 2-3 hours before the class.

£34 for a 4 class card take within 4 weeks
£85 for a 10 class card taken within 3 months.
